This is a very important question and one that demands a good answer as there are alot of nasayers who believe that it’s only the “first people who join a network marketing company” that are making any money.

I recently viewed an online video [see below] by Tim Sales of Brilliant Compensation fame who tackled this topic by answering these questions:-

• “Do the people who get in at the beginning make all the money?”

• “Are people at the top making most or all of the money?”

.

I’m sure you will agree some of the statistics Tim uses are astounding.

It just proves for me that absolutely anything is achievable/possible in Network Marketing if you get off your “backside” and do the work necessary to make it happen.

I‘ve been toiling in the garden this weekend. It is such a joy to grow my own veggies. It is also my quiet time where I can let my thoughts wander to how grateful I am for my wonderful life.

My Message is Simple

If you are doing what you love and are passionate about it you too will feel grateful for your life. No matter what business you are in, all you need to achieve true success, is to be passionate about it and have a serious unwavering pursuit of it.

Ever wonder how self-made millionaires get to where they are? Well, let me let you in on a little secret from all the biographies and autobiographies I’ve read. They found something that they could get really passionate about and then pursued it with everthing they could muster. Its not that they were the smartest or had the best education as most left school early, they just found their groove and WENT AFTER IT WITH PASSIONATE MASSIVE ACTION.

What do I mean by Passionate Massive Action? Did you ever hear the quote “Work harder than 99% of the people for a little while, so you can live better than 99% ever could for the rest of you life”?

It just takes a little hard work and dedication to achieve what you want in your life. And there is nothing wrong with getting what you want in a few short years!!

My Formula is Simple

Find something you are truly interested in and work passionately with massive action until you achieve it.

If your goal for your network marketing business is to earn extra income in order to retire debt or increase your wealth….imagine being out of that debt / increased wealth and let those thoughts guide your actions.

Remember this - action will overrule great intentions in any business venture.

If you look closely at those that have become successful you will notice a common thread. They have all taken action on their dreams. They have not merely sat back and read about it, tried a little bit and then given up on those dreams.

They took action !!

So make sure you take time out this weekend, spend some quiet time with yourself and figure out what you’re passionate about. Then take the next step and take massive action in the pursuit of it…….

Posture and confidence will become your mantle when you have committed to pursuing your passion.

Is prospecting for network marketers using attraction marketing a viable means for generating leads for your network marketing business.

The question is does it work?

Having been involved with network marketing for some years I have seen different “strategies” come and go. …. and if they are no good they come and go very very quickly. It would seem that you just master a technic and it goes out of vogue and doesn’t work. Or the company you were using to promote the service goes bust and disappears leaving you up the creek without a paddle.

So is this a trend that is going to continue or will network marketers get fed up with buying self help books from people who have never been successful at network marketing but are successful at writing a plausible eBook and flogging it to failing network marketers who are looking for ways to make their network marketing business a success. [whew!! that was a mouthful]

Social Networking

Social networking I believe is something that is here to stay.

A natural evolution of the internet that has been coming for the past 5 years. In the late 90’s and early 2000’s information was the go. As the internet became more popular and its users more discerning because there was a lot of crap around through these years as the savy internet marketer used many black hat ways to try and beat the search engines.

Thankfully this is not the case today. However it did force the internet into its true potential which is a global meeting place where people can interact on any topic imaginable. This is more of a reality today with software applications making it possible for even the most technically challenged individuals to get in on the act.

These would include anywhere a comment can be left or an interaction can happen. Such as blogs, video sites, membership sites, forums, hubpages, squidoo, chat rooms, social tagging - digg, delicious, flicker, furl just to name a few.

So how has this helped network marketers get leads for their primary business?

The Answer

By branding yourself and showing yourself as a leader that others may wish to follow. This can be done by starting your own blog [like the one you are reading now] or making your own video and uploading it to YouTube or other video hosting sites - there are hundreds.
