Successful Internet Network Marketers Take Shortcuts

Two Paths To Travel

There are many paths you can travel to success in network marketing. However I just going to discuss the two main ones here.

2 roads to travel. 1 will get you a lot quicker

1.The school of hard knocks - This is where you get in the game, you take action, and you learn and pay for your own mistakes from your own experiences. And you will pay because there is no road map - you can only learn on your own. This is not the road I would suggest, but it will lead you to where you need to go if you truly desire network marketing success.

2. The shortcut to success - This is where you leverage the experience and the mistakes of those that have travelled the road before you. They make the mistakes and you benefit from it. This will allow you succeed faster and than the trailblazer, because you don’t have to make the same mistakes they did.

For Example - Product Doesn’t Matter!

If you are flogging your companies product that is in your eyes going to change the world…..

Save your breath, your prospects don’t care about your product!

It’s a common mistake, I think we all make when are just getting started. Does this sound familiar? We find that perfect product and we see the opportunity behind it and literally fall in love.

I’m not saying that having a strong conviction to your business and/or product is wrong because I DO think it’s an absolute key factor in your success. All I’m saying is think from your prospects perspective.

  • They don’t know you
  • They don’t know your product
  • They don’t know your business
  • And at first they don’t care

In The Beginning

Your prospects only care about what’s in it for them.

Find out What do they want? Ask them what matters most to them, what are their biggest fears and what are their greatest aspirations . . .

In marketing, the person that wins is the one that knows his or her prospects biggest problems and greatest dreams and then gives them a solution to those problems that pulls them towards their dreams.

So interact with your prospects, just for a little, don’t sell sell sell, rather ask, ask, ask.

But be sure to keep a pencil and paper so you can take notes. Once you know these things you’ll be light years ahead of the competition.

It all starts with action, that’s the key. You take persistent and consistent action towards your goal and as long as you don’t stop you WILL get there.
