Ibelieve one of the key ingredients to ensure your success in network marketing is to actively participate in your chosen companies personal development and leadership program.

Without participating in personal growth you will not grow enough to attract and receive the huge income jump that will come to you as you move up the ranks to become a leader in your network marketing company.

Let me ask you a question…..

“Do You Actively Participate in Your Network Marketing Training Calls or Are You a Silent Bystander?”

Congratulations if you answered that you actively participate, you are on your way.

If you fall into the latter and are being a silent bystander it is likely you are not doing the actions necessary for success in Network Marketing or your life for that matter.

What is an Active Participant?

By being an active participant on your network marketing companies coaching call you will be sharing what is happening for you - good and bad. You will also be willing to take on the coaching you may receive from your companies leadership and put it into action immediately.

I am always amazed each time I attend these personal development calls that they are mostly uplifting and have an “uncanny knack” of always talking directly to what’s going on with me at that time.

What I have observed on my own network marketing company training calls is that those who actively share and participate in this process are the ones who are having the breakthroughs. They are also the ones who are advancing up the pin levels.

You will never know what word or phrase or action that you contribute by being an active participant that will make a difference and cause the breakthrough the others on the call. But if you follow the Law of Attraction guidelines you must first give before you can receive. That alone is reason enough to be an active participant in the calls.

As I eluded to earlier by my comment that you’re on your way the act of active participation will filter through into all areas of your life.

How Being An Active Participant Transfromed My Life

I am now becoming the person I am aspiring to be. For me each of the calls I’ve attended have been an invaluable extension of the training I’ve received from the various annual camps and conventions [events] I’ve attended.

Thanks to the group wisdom in these calls I’ve grown as a human being, son, husband, father, friend by becoming an active participant in my own life.

I see now with my perfect 20:20 hindsight this occurred as I started to take on board the coaching given and do what was suggested without hesitation.

I do this now but for years this was not the case as I played out my role as the “lone ranger”.

I would like to take this opportunity to say a heart felt thank you to all who participate on my company personal development calls. Without your coaching, guidance, patience, that word, phrase and/or action that you contributed I am now becoming the person I am aspiring to be.
